- This system fully excludes the presence / the being of a person inside a reservoir both during the cleaning as well as during the mounting and dismounting of the equipment;
- It is a mechanized, remotely controllable system of the cleaning of a reservoir which enables operators to clean oil and chemical tanks as well as the reservoirs for the storage of radioactive wastes of the nuclear industry without involving workers;
- Each water jet gun is equipped with an in-built video camera and a lighting system which allow an operator to see and to monitor all the process of the work remotely;
- The system is completed with a separation reservoir dedicated for the re-circulation of the washing that considerably reduces the quantity of the liquid required for cleaning of the reservoirs and applies a method of a preliminary separation of oil sludge.

Safety
No need for a person to be inside the reservoir both during the cleaning as well as during the mounting and the dismounting of the equipment;
Control and monitoring of the cleaning process of the reservoir is carried out by an operator remotely in a real – time by the state of the art in-built video camera installed on every water gun with a video recording function and an alerting system in the form of a powerful LED lamp;
The guns are caused to move by a hydraulic drive;
All the equipment used in Zone 1 is explosion-proof and is designed to be operated in an explosion hazard area;
Hazard gases concentration detection system is available;
– ESD emergency shutdown system when the gas concentration is hazardous.
Capacity
Time to clean the reservoirs
Stand – up reservoir 5000 m3- 1/1,5 days (8-12 hours); stand-up reservoir 10000m3-3 days (8 х 3= 24 hours); РВС 20000m3- 7 days (8 х 7=56 hours);
Mobility
The system is designed on the basis of 2-/ 3-(depending on the completeness) 20 feet ISO containers can be installed on any chassis to enhance the mobility is suitable for the rail and air ways the transportation.
Deployment speed
4 – 6 hours are required (considering the mounting of the guns)
The number of the servicing staff
2 -3 people are required for the installation and the further operation of the system;
Water jet guns based safe and reliable Tanksweep system for the cleaning of reservoirs
Tanksweep tank cleaning closed system is designed for a removal of the sludge from oil and chemical storage tanks by means of a controllable liquid flow circulation at the high speed through the controllable jet nozzles installed in the body of the tank through the manholes or other holes.
If the level of the sludge is higher than the manholes, the jet nozzles can be installed by means of a hot tie-in through the covers of the existing manholes or through the ad-hoc holes.
Tanksweep jet nozzles can be installed in the tank on a permanent basis to remove the sludge if required.

The system consists of three main blocks: Jet nozzle, Filtering system, Pumping unit

Safety
There is no need for a person to be inside the tank both during its cleaning as well as during the mounting and the dismantling of the equipment;
The equipment is accessed to through the manholes on the walls of a stand-up reservoir;
The jet nozzles of the washing system are fully submerged;
All the equipment used in Zone 1 is explosion – proof and is designed for the operation in a dangerously explosive area.
Simplicity of installation and serviceability
The system is used when the level of the sludge is higher than the manhole is;
The access to the floating roof of a stand-up reservoir is not required;
No need to cut holes through the roof of the reservoir;
No need to pump nitrogen into the reservoir or to purge it;
The thermal image allows a jet nozzle to direct to the sludge accumulation spot;
You need only to turn the jet nozzles when operating the system.
Mobility
The system is designed based upon 3-х 40’ feet ISO containers, can be installed on any chassis to enhance the mobility, suitable for rail and airways transportation.
Deployment and cleaning speed
The average speed of Tanksweep system deployment without a tie-in – 2 days,
With a tie-in – 4 days;
Average cleaning rate of reservoirs
Stand-up reservoir 40-50 m with 2 jet nozzles Tanksweep- 3-4 days;
Stand-up reservoir 50-80 m with 3 jet nozzles Tanksweep- 5-7 days;
Stand-up 80-100 m with 4 jet nozzles Tanksweep- 5-10 days
The number of the servicing staff
To install and further to operate the system, 2 to 6 people are required depending on the number of the jet nozzles.
