Company KARACHAGANAK SUPPORT SERVICES suggests for use mobile unit for processing and refinement of oil sludge from ponds, reservoirs or oil spills OCSS – 50, with capacity of sludge processing 10 m3/hr. The unit consists of three semi trailers which constitute completely independent unit with own power supply (the unit includes steam boilers, diesel generator and also mini laboratory) to perform works in fields within the location of oil sludge and at the places of oil spills. Besides the unit can use industrial sources of power and steam aiming at saving diesel fuel.

OCSS – 50 unit is a complete technological line of initial processing and oil sludges preparation, its removal from storage places (reservoirs or storage places), initial separation into solid and liquid fractions, further deep separation with the use of three-phase decanter into petroleum derivatives, water and solid deposit, removal separation products form the unit.
In the process of sludge separation the unit uses and automatic system for preparation and dosage of highly effective reagents in order to receive maximal result of oil sludge separation into fraction components. All technological process of sludge processing is automatic and requires minimal involvement of personnel. Control and management of the process is performed from operator’s cabin which includes mobile mini laboratory to determine the most effective parameters for sludge processing, concentration and dose of reagents. Operator’s cabin is equipped with desks, extracting ventilator, electric heater, lighting, fire extinguishing means.
