KSS Administrative and Hotel Complex was designed and built exclusively for workers and specialists of Karachaganak Oil, Gas and Condensate Field. The services of KSS group of Companies, first of all, is oriented to the Companies operating at Karachaganak Oil, Gas and Condensate Field.

The fundamental idea of KSS Administrative and Hotel Complex is to create all the conditions so that workers and specialists of oil and gas sector would live comfortably and safely, be fed qualitatively and properly, spend their free time and rest and as a consequence there is effective and safe work.
KSS Hotel was designed and built with 250 rooms to live for at least 500 people. Ultrastrength, non-flame, environmentally-green materials have been used such as: concrete, iron, red and white bricks during the construction of a five -storey building of the hotel with the ground floor.
• every room of the hotel is equipped with comfortable furniture, a shower unit, a toilet and a fridge;
• every room of the hotel is equipped with an air conditioning system, a satellite and cable television, a phone set, Internet, an audible fire alarm;
• the hotel building has a cosy four-ale bar and a gym completed with the required machines and equipment;
• there is a laundry shop equipped with the state of art equipment manufactured by “Fagor” (Spain);
• Every floor of the hotel has rooms to change and to dry the safety clothes and safety boots as well as balconies for smoking;
• the hotel has its own parking-lot for cars and buses as well as a muster-point in case of an evacuation;
• The whole building of the hotel is equipped with the security CCTV and has its own 24 hours per day security.
